Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy
1. Non‑discrimination and Equal Opportunities
Southern Sojourns rejects all forms of discrimination. No employee, applicant, or collaborator may be treated unfairly based on ethnicity, gender identity, age, orientation, disability, religion, culture, or any other condition. This policy applies to every stage of employment — from recruitment and training to compensation, promotion, and daily work practices — ensuring equal opportunity for all.
2. Anti‑harassment
We are committed to maintaining a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, visual, or sexual — is strictly prohibited, whether from colleagues, supervisors, clients, or external partners. Offensive jokes, unwanted advances, intimidation, or conditioning employment on favors are unacceptable and subject to disciplinary action.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Examples of prohibited behavior include:
Verbal abuse, slurs, or derogatory jokes.
Sexual comments, gestures, or inappropriate images.
Physical intimidation, unwanted touching, or interference with work.
Threats or demands tied to employment conditions.
Retaliation against individuals who report misconduct.
Harassment is prohibited regardless of the genders involved or whether the conduct meets a separate legal violation. All allegations must be reported promptly to Human Resources for investigation and resolution.
